U11 Program Outline


Fall

2 weeks of pre-season training (3-4 sessions per week)

1-2 tournaments

7-10 league games (+ scrimmages)

1 cup competition

2-3 training sessions per week (depending on the weekend match schedule)

 

Winter

2 weekday indoor training session

1 outdoor session - weather permitting

A couple of small sided tournaments (indoor turf / outdoor turf / futsal)

 

Spring

1-2  tournaments

7-10 league games (+ scrimmages)

2-3 training sessions per week (depending on the weekend match schedule)

 

Registration includes the entire program offering Aug - June. Summer program options available at an additional cost (Super Y). 

Program offering can differ from team to team, based on the needs of each group. The objective is to provide every team with a comprehensive program offering that suits the needs of the group. Teams can opt in to register for further tournaments (at an additional cost), based on collective interest. Out of area tournament is considered a “team sleep away” event. Meaning the whole team is expected to travel, be a part of, and stay at the event for the weekend. Included for all U12+ teams. Optional for the U11 age group.
